These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms") govern access to and use of the website xelvarionexari.com (hereinafter: "Platform") operated by Xelvarionexari d.o.o., with its registered office at Ulica grada Vukovara 271, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB: 78432165091 (hereinafter: "the Company"). By using the Platform, you accept these Terms in their entirety.
1. About the Platform
Xelvarionexari is an informational platform dedicated to real estate crowdfunding in Croatia. The Platform provides information about the concept of collective real estate financing, the investment process and current opportunities in the market. The Platform does not act as a financial intermediary or investment advisor.
2. Access conditions
Access to the Platform is open to all persons. To use the contact form, you must provide accurate and current information. Prohibited: use of the Platform for illegal purposes; attempts at unauthorized access to the system; automated data collection from the Platform without prior written approval.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform — including texts, graphics, logos, photographs, icons and software — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Copying, distribution, modification or public display of content without prior written approval from the Company is not permitted.
4. Limitation of liability
Information on the Platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice. Investing in real estate carries inherent risks, including the possibility of loss of invested capital. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of information published on the Platform. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
